Just 10 minutes from Letterkenny
Being offered subject to planning permission this site previously had full planning for an impressive two storey home. On an elevated building plot extending to c.0.5 acre the site enjoys stunning rural views. Priced to sell and an early site inspection is strongly recommended.

From Letterkenny town centre proceed in the direction on Killyclug and turn left at the crossroads. Proceed for a further 1 mile and turn left at a fork in the road. Continue then for another 1 mile and turn left into a minor road (opposite an old bungalow with entrance pillars). The site will then be found at the end of this lane on the left hand side.

There is a large 8 screen cinema complex in the town plus the popular An Grianan Theatre. Behind the latter is the Letterkenny Regional Cultural Centre. The Letterkenny Shopping Centre is the largest centre in the county with leading multiple and individual retailers.
