Fine mature site of 2.6 acres with derelict dwelling

Peacefully situated in this scenic location about 4 miles from Ballybofey, a fine site suited to the building of a good sized family house. The local vicinity features a number of substantial, high quality detached properties. As there is already a detached property on the land planning permission for a different house type more centrally located on the land shouldn’t be an issue.
