From Buncrana proceed in the direction of Dunree following the signs for Dunree Fort. Instead of turning left up towards The Fort continue round the bend and proceed down the hill for a further 300 metres passing an unfinished development of 4 houses on the right hand side and the entrance to the site will be found on the right hand side identified by our For Sale sign.

Buncrana, the largest town in the Inishowen Peninsula, is positioned on the shores of Lough Swilly, Buncrana just 14 miles from Derry City and 27 miles north of Letterkenny. With a population of some 7000, the town has much to offer in terms of shopping, sporting and recreational amenities:-
