Paul started Franklins in 1999. The Franklins have a proud history in property. Grandfather, father, son, brother and nieces. A legacy of over 100 years. If Paul’s not selling houses you’ll find him on the tennis court, in the yoga studio, cooking, reading or listening to music. Paul is married to Eithne and lives in Ramelton.

From Buncrana, Brendan has been with Franklins since it’s infancy. Now a Director of the company, Brendan is a confident seller who loves his work and sees each day as a new opportunity to connect buyers to properties. A former GAA player with Buncrana GAA, Brendan now spends his spare time at Bootcamp and distance running. Other hobbies include his desire to cook and the thrill of foreign travel. Brendan is married and a father to two children Oisin & Hollie

Residential Lettings Manager
Living in Burnfoot, Co. Donegal for almost 10 years, Raymond moved here from his home town of Derry, he first joined the company in 2006 and has worked both in our sales and letting departments.
Coming from a sales and marketing background he has found his niche in the property industry, Raymond loves nothing more than getting on his bicycle and cycling around the Donegal Countryside but unfortunately doesn’t get much opportunity to do so as he is father to three young children.

Residential Sales Negotiator
Having completed his Auctioneering, Valuations & Estate Agency Degree at Dublin’s Institute of Technology, Raymond has now moved to Franklins to further develop his career. Originally from Co. Monaghan Raymond now lives in Letterkenny and is an integral part of our Sales department. Raymond enjoys going to the gym, swimming and playing hurling in his spare time.

Jenny joined Franklins when she relocated to Donegal in 2007 having previously worked in banking and financial services. “I am a keen rugby fan and at weekends my free time is spent enjoying long walks in the Donegal countryside.”
Residential Lettings Coordinator
Sharon joined the Franklins team in August 2014. Sharons background is in customer services so her role is a natural progression as day to day duties involve interacting with tenants, landlords and contractors. “I thoroughly enjoy my job and the diversity of my working week, never a dull moment which is a very positive thing.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy quality time with my family and friends. I dabble in a bit of gardening too and have been known to grow quite tasty vegetables! I also enjoy running but I’m very new to this so my first half marathon is a long way away yet!”

Senior Lettings Administrator
Mary has been with us since 2013. Mary really enjoys her job, the team she works with and people she interacts with everyday. “My job is certainly not boring – there are always new challenges and something different each day.”
An avid reader, Mary would usually have her nose stuck in a good book (or more recently a kindle). Also a box set enthusiast, from Sons of Anarchy to Game of Thrones – Mary is addicted. Mother of two boys, anything that isn’t frilly goes in Mary’s house !
Debbie hails from Bournemouth, Dorset originally but now resides in Ramelton. Debbie previously worked for another firm of auctioneers in Letterkenny. Now a mum of two boys Lorcan & Rogan, she also enjoys horse-riding and fishing when time allows.
Sales Administrator & Social Media Manager
Lauren joined the Franklins’ team in October, 2017.
She has always had a keen interest making the most of digital technology and currently studies digital marketing when she’s not working.
Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and her three boys, and also taking her German shepherd for walks on the beach.
