Brexit and Co. Donegal

The county has felt the negative impact of the likely exit of the UK from the EU since the referendum. This has been exacerbated in recent months with the increased likelihood of a ‘no deal’ exit. The weak pound has also contributed to ‘soft’ market conditions.

Historically, in Co. Donegal, about 40% of all property sales have been to sterling buyers so prevailing uncertainties will continue to impact until a clearer economic picture emerges.

The good news is that prices are stable and great value so never a better time to buy.
