At Horn Head, Dunfanaghy (pictured) and Hillmount Manse, New Line Road, Letterkenny for €750,000 and €685,000 respectively. We also proudly sold a fine block of superbly refurbished apartments just off Justice Walsh Road, Letterkenny for €850,000.

Franklins sold a large number of properties throughout the county – from small apartments to estate houses and country homes.

We sold around 23% more properties in 2018 than in 2017 in a challenging market with largely stagnant prices.
