The property crash of ’07 motivated Franklins to open a new department offering a premium service to landlords. This department under the able management of Sharon McCready now manages hundreds of properties. Sharon is supported admirably by Shane Harkin & Grace Roddy and in administration by Aoife Nee & Ella McGranaghan.

Franklins inject their trademark level of service and efficiency to this important sector. Taking great care to ensure landords have minimum fuss from their rental properties and maximum return. Renting can potentially be problematic but we go out of our way to provide good tenants who pay rent punctually. We carry out inspections every 2-3 months to ensure properties are being properly maintained – this of course minimises the potential for mis-treatment.

We provide a first class maintenance service with trusted, professionals at a reasonable cost.

Authority from clients is first sought and issues are then usually attended to the same day.

Tenants can pay rent over the phone or in the office. We aim to make the renting process as straightforward as possible for clients.
