I have a great sense of relief that I will not have to face travelling up to the cottage over the winter. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the very efficient and professional manner in which you prepared for and looked after the sale. I know you felt I could have obtained more for the sale had I been prepared to wait, even until next year.Nevertheless I am more than satisfied with the outcome and the burden from which i have been relieved. May I also pay tribute to the excellent back up service that I received from Jenny. She couldn’t have been more helpful to me and always available when I needed some advice or support. Hopefully the Enduring Power of Attorney will now be cleared through the court before Christmas to enable us to tie up all the loose ends.
