Experienced Letting Agent
Since 1999, Franklins have built a firm foundation of trust, proudly serving property owners throughout Co. Donegal. We offer a comprehensive range of Residential & Commercial Sales and
Lettings, as well as an extensive Property Management Department. We are now looking to recruit an Experienced Lettings Agent to join our team.
Working from our Letterkenny office, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and delegate to the lettings team
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Liaise with current and prospective landlords in relation to the rental of their property
- Conduct property viewings and inspections
- Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
- Monitor regular inspections of all properties in the portfolio
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Role Requirements
- Must hold a PSRA licence and have at least 1 year’s experience in a lettings role
- Outgoing personality; client-focused and a motivated self-starter
- Excellent written, verbal and customer relations skills
- Full driving licence and use of own car
- Efficient organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment and handle high workloads
Remuneration
This position offers a salary of up to €45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful applicant will also receive mileage allowance, a company laptop, and a company phone.
