From the dual carriageway from Letterkenny to Manorcunningham, turn left into Drumardagh (half way along the dual carriageway). Proceed for 400 metres then turn left. Continue on this road for ½ mile and after you go under the trees carry on straight to the small crossroads. The will then be located after 300 metres at the end of a minor road and identified by our For Sale sign.

Letterkenny takes its name from the Irish Leitir Ceanainn meaning ‘Hillside of the O’Cannons’ – the O’Cannons being the last of the ancient chieftains of Tir Conaill. Letterkenny is the county’s principal town providing the necessary commercial, retail, social and economic facilities.

There is a large 8 screen cinema complex in the town plus the popular An Grianan Theatre. Behind the latter is the Letterkenny Regional Cultural Centre. The Letterkenny Shopping Centre is the largest centre in the county with leading multiple and individual retailers.

The main schools are Educate Together N.S., Scoil Mhuire Ghan Smal N.S., Ballyraine N.S., Woodlands N.S., Glenswilly N.S., Scoil Colmcille N.S., St. Eunans College, Loreto Convent, The Vocational School, Coláuste Ailigh and the Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
